About the author

My real name is Anna Vyshegorodtseva, and I make my blog under the name of my character Dinka, whi existed in my stories from the very beginning of them. I write for about six or seven years. My first stories were written under the influence of the books about “Moomins” by Tove Jansson, and also “The Lord of the Rings” by J. R. R. Tolkien.

Other than that, among my most favorite books is a book by Darya Danilicheva “The Country”, Jane Austin’s “Pride and Prejudice”, “Ivanhoe” by Walter Scott, “The Three Musketeers” by Alexander Duma and of course “The Silmarillion” by J. R. R. Tolkien. All these books are completely different by their context, however without them my own stories would have never become what they are now.

I illustrate my texts and I dream to print them. That is why I created this blog – to try my skills with a wider audience.
